Spicy Tuna Fish With Scrambled Eggs Recipe
It's usually beans on toast for me when the missus is miles away from the kitchen. One day i came home at my lunch time from work and as i sat there watching the news on television, i started getting hungrier and hungrier.
What could i do? The missus was away for a week, so i thought, "G, you have to take matters into your own hands! Pick up that wok and see what you can do with your bare hands!"
So, i jogged into the kitchen with my boxing gloves on and decided to punch my way through the cupboards, looking for what i could knock out. To my delight, i managed to tackle some canned tuna fish, eggs and herbs and spices, not forgetting the mango pickle!
This is so easy to make and at the same time very mouthwatering with all the knockout flavours that are created in just under 10 minutes with some of the most basic ingredients, which i didn't realise until i finished making it.I love canned tuna on it's own, mixed with mayonnaise in wholemeal brown bread, or cooked in any way. I didn't know it was going to be even better with scrambled eggs and other spicy ingredients as well!
This means that you can enjoy it too! Enough of the history, let's get down to business!

Olive oil (for good health)
Preparation
The 'legendary' PROCESS!
Peel the onions and chop them very finley.
Get the tuna out of the cans.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Cut the green chillies into small pieces.
Chop the corriander into very small pieces.
Break the eggs and place into a bowl.
After you have done the above, get a wok or a flat pan and place it on top of the cooker with medium heat.
Place the olive oil into the wok and after it has heated up add the finely chopped onions, salt, garlic pickle, methi leaves and butter. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon until the onions go light brown.
Add the 3 eggs and the canned tuna chunks; mix by stirring rapidly so all the ingredients mix well together to create the explosive taste, which you will experience later.
Now add the Mango Pickle, fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh corriander and chopped green chillies.
All that's left to do now is keep mixing everything rapidly until they all become dry and the tuna fish turns light brown. There, see you've done it!
